First week

As of today it has been one week since I started Asea. My first 5 days were fabulous. My fibro pain, and energy were the best they have been in a very long time. Yesterday and today I have been tired and some mild fibro pain. Not to be discouraged though. Lasting results in one week are not to be expected. I know my body needs a lot of work. I still look forward to the next week and what Asea will do for me. Sadly my acne has not changed. Trying to stay encouraged with that. I am a very impatient person, and tend to want quick results with anything I try. So, I will continue with the Asea on my face. What can it hurt. All in all I feel pretty good, and better than I have in a very long time.
